Pradip Thapa, P.E. is the President and Principal Engineer of AERP Engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 15 years of progressive experience across mechanical engineering, MEP systems, asset and facilities management, reliability, energy performance, engineering analysis, and program management.
At AERP Engineering, Pradip helps owners, contractors, consulting firms, and manufacturers make informed, data-driven decisions across the full asset lifecycle, from planning, design, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and performance improvement.
